For the Honey Simple Syrup:
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup water
2 large pieces of lime zest
For the Cocktail:
2 heaping Tbl Pretty in Pink or Tangerine Tango White Tea
2 oz white rum
1 oz lime juice
2 oz Honey Simple Syrup
Lime slice for garnish

Super delicate. Cold and refreshing. Completely customizable. All that plus a little rum. That’s what you’ll get with this fun tea cocktail that lets you pick the flavor profile by choosing the White Tea that strikes your fancy. We’ve made this one with our Pretty in Pink White Tea with lovely results. For our Summertime Supper Stroll, we used our Tangerine Tango White Tea. Which one was better? Both. It’s so good!


1.First, make the Honey Simple Syrup: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the honey and water. Whisk to combine. Add in the lime zest and allow to steep until cooled. Remove the zest.
2.Make the Pretty in Pink White Tea by steeping 2 Tbl tea with 1 cup water. Steep for 6 minutes. Strain off leaves. Allow tea to cool.
3.For the cocktail: Fill a rocks glass with ice. Fill a shaker with ice. Add in 6 oz steeped Pretty in Pink tea, 2 oz white rum, 1 oz lime juice, 2 oz Honey Syrup. Shake. Dump the ice from the rocks glasses and strain the cocktail into two chilled glasses. You can also serve it on the rocks. Garnish with lime.
