Overnight oats take only minutes to prepare, and they are a sight for sleepy (and hungry) eyes in the morning. We loaded up jars with old-fashioned oats, brown sugar, a pinch of Himalayan Salt and Pure Maple Extract – the star of the show! Top with pecans, apples or pears and a drizzle of maple syrup. Your day just got better!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats

  • 1 cup milk (we used soy)

  • Pinch Himalayan Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Pure Maple Extract

  • 1 heaping Tbl brown sugar

  • Apples, pears, pecans, for serving

  • Maple syrup drizzle, for serving

Instructions

  • Combine the oats, milk, salt, extract and brown sugar in a jar. Stir. Store in fridge overnight.
  • In the morning, heat the oatmeal in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir and heat in 30 second increments until thick and creamy.
  • Top with chopped apples or pears and pecans. Drizzle with maple syrup.
