Ranch receives a little roasting in the food world. For all the eye rolls for this beloved buttermilk condiment, we are here for roasting Ranch. As in literally. Roast with it. On broccoli. With Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our Ranch Dressing Mix is a staff favorite for everything from salads to chicken fingers. It filled with onion, garlic and herbs. Whisk up a batch for dippable goodness or use it right out of the jar on this delectable brocooli. Just don’t burn the roof of your mouth (like we did) eating it right off the pan.
2 lbs fresh broccoli, cut into florets | |
3 Tbl Ranch Dressing Mix | |
Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
1. | Preheat oven to 425°. |
2. | Slice 2 pounds broccoli into florets and add them to a large bowl. Generously drizzle with Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season with 3 Tbl Ranch Dressing MIx. Toss to combine until evenly coated. |
3. | Divide the broccoli between two parchment-lined sheet pans, taking care to evenly space out, turning the florets on their flat side to make contact with the pan. Roast for 20–25 minutes, until broccoli is tender and starting to brown. |
