2 lbs sweet potatoes, cut into 1.5 inch pieces
1 red onion, cut into wedges
1/4 cup Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp Apple Chipotle Blend
1/2 tsp black pepper

Meet your new grilling & BBQ side dish! We love these smoky-sweet potatoes as a side for grilled pork chops, BBQ chicken and smoked brisket. Our Apple Chipotle Blend is in good company with sweet potatoes. They roast up golden brown with lots of crispy edges. Try these in place of hash browns for breakfast or Brunch!


1.Preheat oven to 450°F.
2.Toss potatoes, red onion, Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Apple Chipotle Blend and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet.
3.Roast, tossing occasionally, until tender and golden brown, 35 to 45 minutes.
4.Delicious as a side for pork chops and ribs. Fantastic as a brunch dish in place of hash browns.
