Slicing cabbage into thick steaks or wedges and roasting at a nice high heat is key to crispy on the edges and soft in the middle results. Ingredients
1 head Cabbage, cut into 1-inch thick rounds
2 tsp Caraway Seeds
Fresh chopped parsley and scallion for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F. Line two sheet pans with parchment. Place the cabbage rounds on the sheet pans and drizzle with Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season with Roasted Veggie Seasoning Blend.
- Flip the rounds and drizzle the second side with Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Roasted Veggie Seasoning Blend. Sprinkle with Caraway Seeds.
- Roast for 20 minutes. Flip the cabbage and return to the oven. Continue roasting until the cabbage is tender in the center and golden on the edges, an additional 25-35 minutes.
