




Rose’ Poached Pears with Vanilla Balsamic

Ingredients
4 Bosc Pears, halved with stems in place
1 bottle Rose Wine
1 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla Bean Salt
Instructions
- Cut pears in half and scoop out the seedy center. Cut away the fibrous section that attached to the stem.
- In a small saucepan, bring wine, sugar, salt and extract to a boil. Add pears and let simmer until poached and softened- about 25 minutes.
- Remove and arrange on a platter or individual dessert plates. Drizzle with Vanilla Balsamic vinegar to finish. Serve.
