Rose’ wine meets ripe pears and then run into our Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar. What could go wrong? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. This recipe is 100% right.
|4 Bosc Pears, halved with stems in place|
|1 bottle Rose Wine|
|1 cup Sugar|
|Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar|
|1.||Cut pears in half and scoop out the seedy center. Cut away the fibrous section that attached to the stem.|
|2.||In a small saucepan, bring wine and sugar to a boil. Add pears and let simmer until poached and softened- about 25 minutes.|
|3.||Remove and plate. Drizzle with Vanilla Balsamic vinegar to finish. Serve.|
