Ingredients

4 Bosc Pears, halved with stems in place
1 bottle Rose Wine
1 cup Sugar
Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar

Rose’ wine meets ripe pears and then run into our Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar. What could go wrong? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. This recipe is 100% right.

Instructions

1.Cut pears in half and scoop out the seedy center. Cut away the fibrous section that attached to the stem.
2.In a small saucepan, bring wine and sugar to a boil. Add pears and let simmer until poached and softened- about 25 minutes.
3.Remove and plate. Drizzle with Vanilla Balsamic vinegar to finish. Serve.
