Salted Mocha Drizzling Sauce

This drizzling sauce is dark, rich with just the perfect pinch of salt. Chocolate and espresso make perfect partners. Espresso Sea Salt and Pure Espresso Extract are just the combo to take this simple sauce to a complex world of flavor.   • In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt butter and add chocolate. Stir with a rubber spatula until melted.
  • Add the cocoa powder, sugar and 3/4 cup heavy cream. Stir constantly until lumps are gone and sauce is heated through, about 2 minutes. Stir in the milk and mix until smooth and thick, about another minute.
  • Turn off heat and stir in the Espresso Salt, Espresso Extract and Vanilla Extract. Pour into small jars, let cool and then cover. Will keep in the refrigerator for a month.
