Whether it’s brioche, seeded bread or sprouted bread, pop it in the toaster! You’re going to want to make this toast. Whipped goat cheese forms the base, and it’s topped with summertime fresh peaches. We grabbed our Dukkah – a toasted nut and seed topping – and combined it with Honey for a crunchy-sweet drizzle. Snack, breakfast or Afternoon Tea – this toast ticks the “all of the above” box.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Honey

  • 2 Tbl Dukkah

  • 4 oz goat cheese

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1 large ripe peach, sliced

  • 6 slices Bread

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the honey and Dukkah. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whip goat cheese and heavy cream until light and creamy.
  • Toast your bread, and spread whipped goat cheese on the toasted bread slices. Add peach slices and drizzle the seeded honey topping on top.
