This strawberry chia pudding is a delightful, protein-packed treat. Chia seeds swell in a sweet, creamy base in this effortless make-ahead breakfast or snack.   • In a blender, add the frozen strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey and extract. Blend until the strawberries are completely incorporated and the milk is pink. Pour into a bowl and whisk in the chia seeds.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes then whisk again to break up any clumps. Divide the mixture amongst four dessert cups or jars. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or, ideally, overnight.
  • To serve, top with fresh berries, honey, granola or nuts.
