hoursThis strawberry chia pudding is a delightful, protein-packed treat. Chia seeds swell in a sweet, creamy base in this effortless make-ahead breakfast or snack. We pair up Traditional Vanilla Extract alongside Pure Strawberry Extract for a boost of flavor. You can count on protein plus fiber and omega-3s. A vibrant start to your day or a nutritious afternoon snack.
Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup milk, any type
1 tsp Pure Strawberry Extract
3 Tbsp Honey
1/4 cup chia seeds
Fresh strawberries, for garnish
Granola or nuts, for garnish
Honey, for serving
Instructions
- In a blender, add the frozen strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey and extract. Blend until the strawberries are completely incorporated and the milk is pink. Pour into a bowl and whisk in the chia seeds.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes then whisk again to break up any clumps. Divide the mixture amongst four dessert cups or jars. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or, ideally, overnight.
- To serve, top with fresh berries, honey, granola or nuts.
