Ingredients

1 cup old fashioned oats, divided
1/2 cup Almond flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup nut butter (We used Sunbutter)
1 tsp Anti Inflammatory Smoothie Blend
1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Vanilla Latte Sugar, for rolling

We love the cinnamon-forward Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Blend in this snack- delicious and nutritious. These bites are great for a protein boost at breakfast or right before the gym. The best part? These Power Bites can be whipped up in under 10 minutes, and the customization options are endless!

Instructions

1.Using a food processor, pulse half of the oats to make a semi-fine powder. Leave the other half of the oats in the original form to add more texture to the power bites.
2.In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
3.Form into 16 bite-sized balls. Roll them in Vanilla Latte Sugar. Rolling them in sugar is optional, but it does add a nice crunch!
4.Refrigerate until firm. If stored in the fridge, consume within 2 weeks. You could also store in the freezer for up to 8 months.
5.Customization Ideas: Craisins + White Chocolate; Raisins + Peanut Butter Chips; Walnuts + Currants; Pecans + Dried Cherries. They can be rolled in an infused sugar, flaked coconut or chopped nuts.
