1/4 cup quick or unflavored instant oats | |
1 ripe banana | |
1 Tbl Almond Butter | |
3/4 cup milk (we used almond) | |
1 Tbl Vanilla Reishi Daily Blend | |
1 Tbl Traditional Vanilla Extract | |
Pinch Himalayan Salt | |
2 cups ice | |
Chopped almonds, pistachios and chia seeds for garnish |
1. | Add the oats to the blender and blend until pulverized into a powder. Add all remaining ingredients and blitz until creamy and thick. Garnish with nuts and chia seeds for extra crunch and protein. |
