VANILLA REISHI BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1/4 cup quick or unflavored instant oats
1 ripe banana
1 Tbl Almond Butter
3/4 cup milk (we used almond)
1 Tbl Vanilla Reishi Daily Blend
1 Tbl Traditional Vanilla Extract
Pinch Himalayan Salt
2 cups ice
Chopped almonds, pistachios and chia seeds for garnish

Reishi mushrooms have been used in Eastern medicine for generations. Studies suggest that reishi mushrooms boost the immune system and lower inflammation. Instructions

1.Add the oats to the blender and blend until pulverized into a powder. Add all remaining ingredients and blitz until creamy and thick. Garnish with nuts and chia seeds for extra crunch and protein.
