WOK THIS WAY

Woks are in regular rotation in the Red Stick Spice Teaching Kitchen. From our Lil Dumplins cooking classes to Life Changing Chicken, we turn to woks to turn out delicious dishes. Woks heat quickly and distribute heat and steam so that veggies get tender-crisp and not soggy.

We love the carbon steel Helen Chen 14-inch Wok. It’s roomy, not too heavy and can take the day-in, day-out cooking in our Teaching Kitchen. And not that we needed one more reason to love our Monogram Appliances, the 3 piece grates on our 36-inch ranges in our Teaching Kitchen – an Official Monogram Experience Kitchen – feature burners that flip to securely hold a wok – ingenious!
