Fire cider is a home remedy used to boost the immune system and ward off illness during cold and flu season. While herbalist Rosemary Gladstar brought Fire Cider to popularity in the 80’s, versions of fire cider-like tonics date back to The Plague. There are many different versions of fire cider and practitioners often make ingredient adjustments to make it their own. Our version includes fiery chiles and lots of spices. Grab our Make Your Own Fire Cider Kit, and in a few weeks, you’ll have your own wellness tonic. Make it right in the jar. Each jar makes 32 servings.

  • Make the tonic per package directions inside the Fire Cider Kit jar. Pour 2 cups apple cider vinegar into the jar. Place the lid on the jar and store at room temp for 2 weeks.
  • After 2 weeks, strain off the solids and return the Fire Cider to the jar. Add in 1/2 cup honey. Store in the refrigerator after adding the honey. Use within 6 months.
  • Drink 1 Tbl as needed for immune system boosting or as a treatment for upper respiratory illness.
