Tart Hibiscus meets sparkling wine in this bright, lip smacking punch. Perfect for holiday gatherings. Serve up this punch with appetizers and a cheese board. We dredge the rims of the glasses in perfumy Rose Sugar. Dreamy. Host with the Most? With this punch, that’s a definite YES!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Hibiscus Flowers

  • 2 cups boiling water

  • 1/2 cup simple syrup

  • 1 cup white cranberry juice

  • 2 bottles sparkling wine

  • Lime wedges, for serving

  • Fresh Rosemary

  • Rose Sugar

Instructions

  • Steep the Hibiscus Flowers in the 2 cups hot water for 30 minutes. You’re looking to make a very concentrated tea. Remove the flowers and add in 2 cups cold water.
  • In two large pitchers or a punch bowl, combine the Hibiscus tea, cranberry juice and simple syrup. Add the sparkling wine. Tuck the Rosemary branches into the pitcher or punch bowl.
  • Rim the glasses with lime and dredge in Rose Sugar. Serve with extra wedges of lime.
