We love the combination of apples with warm cardamom. Whether it’s baked into a pie or cooked into a crumble, Apples + Cardamom = Autumn. So why not bring all that Autumnal sexiness to a cocktail? That’s exactly what we did with this classic apple martini. Our Cardamom Simple Syrup shakes right alongside the spirits in this sweet-n-sour sip. Perfect for pre-dinner Thanksgiving toasting. Cheers!

Ingredients

  • 3 oz vodka

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 1 oz apple juice

  • 1 oz Apple Liqueur

  • 2 oz [Cardamom Simple Syrup]

  • Ice

  • Apple slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake vigorously – a mixologist one told us: shake the ever living heck out of it. Shake until you see condensation on the exterior of the shaker. Shaking a cocktail builds flavor and texture into your cocktail.
  • Strain the martini into chilled martini glasses. We fill glasses with ice and dump just before straining. This cocktail is best served very cold.
