Completely elegant and totally delicious. We love these lamb chops for their simplicity and delectability! Rosemary and garlic come together in our Rosemary Chicken Blend. A nice drizzle of our Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil make these lamb chops something special.

1.Season the lamb chops with grated garlic, Rosemary Chicken Blend, Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt and several grinds of Seven Peppercorn Blend. Allow the seasoned chops to come to room temperature.
2.Preheat the grill to 400°F. If using a charcoal grill, establish a hot a cool zone. Grill the chops on both side until grill marks are achieved. Reduce the heat or move the chops to a cooler area and continue cooking until desired internal temp--about 8 mins for medium.
3.Serve the chops with a drizzle of Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a sprinkling of Rosemary Salt.
