The classic cheeseball starts with softened cream cheese and lots of sharp cheddar. We bring in savory umami, onion-garlic goodness with our Sariette Blend and a bit of bite with Cayenne Pepper. Form the mixture into a neat ball and roll in chopped pecans. Chill this delicious and easy appetizer and serve with your favorite crackers. Unbeatable flavor and satisfaction in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz block cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tsp Cayenne

  • 2 tsp Sariette Blend

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

  • 3 scallions, slivered

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Place the cream cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Add in the Cayenne, Sariette Blend and Worcestershire sauce and beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in the cheddar cheese and scallions. Remove from the mixer and move to a work surface lined with a sheet of parchment paper.
  • Form into a ball and roll the ball in the chopped pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
