2 lbs sweet potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch fries | |
2 tsp salt | |
1 Tbl Dark la Mesa Chili Powder | |
2 Tbl Blood Orange Avocado Oil |
1. | Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, toss the cut sweet potatoes, salt, Dark la Mesa Chili Powder and Blood Orange Avocado Oil. Turn and toss until evenly coated. |
2. | Spread into an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes then use a spatula to turn them. Bake another 12 minutes or until tender and browned. Season with a little additional salt as soon as they come out of the oven. |
3. | For the air fryer, preheat to 380°F. Cook for 6 minutes. Stir and redistribute and cook an additional 6 minutes. Season with a little additional salt as soon as they finish cooking and are still hot. |
