Add the bright, citrusy flavor of dill to you next potato salad. Dill-licious Blend is fun to say and even more fun to taste. We love it on eggs. Fantastic on squash. A must for cucumber salads.
2 lb red-skinned potatoes, cubed | |
1 rib celery, sliced | |
3 scallions, white and green portions, sliced | |
1 cup mayonnaise | |
2 Tbl Herbes de Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil | |
1 Tbl Dill-icious Blend | |
Salt and Black Pepper to taste |
1. | Place cubed potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water. Season liberally with salt. The water should taste like the ocean. |
2. | Bring to a simmer and cook until the potatoes can be pierced with a knife. Drain and rinse with cool water. When the potatoes are cool, place in a large bowl and add the celery and green onions. |
3. | Combine the mayonnaise, Dill-icious Blend and Herbes de Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a small bowl. Gently fold the mayonnaise mixture into the potatoes. |
4. | Allow the potato salad to sit for 5 mins. Then, taste and adjust with salt and pepper. |
