Mashed sweet potatoes with garlic and a hint of bourbon? What could go wrong. Nothing! With our Garlic Maple Blend and Bourbon Balsamic, these sweet spuds never had it so good.
3 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed | |
2 Tbl butter | |
3 Tbl Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil | |
1 tsp Caramelized Onion & Garlic Sea Salt | |
2 Tbl Garllc Maple Blend | |
Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar |
1. | Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot of well-salted water. Bring to a boil. Cook until the potatoes can be easily pierced with a knife. Drain and move back to the pot. |
2. | Add in the butter, Caramelized Onion Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cream, Garlic Maple Blend and salt. Mash with a potato masher. Taste and adjust with salt. |
3. | Place in a bowl and use a spoon to make peaks and valleys. Drizzle with Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar. |
