FIVE WAYS: IT’S GREEK TO ME BLEND

1. Greek Chickpea Salad Pitas. Packed with protein and perfectly portable. These Greek Chickpea Salad Pitas are lunchbox ready. Desk lunches, picnics or car rides, these pitas are an excellent way to ward off the sandwich blues.
2. Greek Chicken Skewers with Tzatziki. We combine It’s Greek to Me Blend it our Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil to rub on chicken skewers. Serve alongside cool cucumber-filled Tzatziki for a delicious outdoor meal.
3. Rosemary Lamp Chops. Rich and satisfying, lamb chops are a quick dish that results in a luxurious meal. We teamed It’s Greek to Me Blend and Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar for a match made in culinary heaven.
4. Quick Raita. Combine 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt, 1 Tbl It’s Greek to Me Blend and 1/4 tsp (or to taste) salt. Serve alongside our Simple and Delicious Lamb Chops… number 3 above!
5. Sensational Salad Dressing. Combine 2 Tbl Champagne Pear Balsamic, 1 tsp It’s Greek to Me Blend and a dash of salt. Stir to dissolve salt. Whisk in 6 Tbl Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Allow the flavors to meld for at least 15 minutes. Toss with romaine lettuce and lots of grated Romano cheese. Finish with some freshly ground black pepper.
