Whether you’re parading, chasing leprechauns, rainbow hunting or just looking for someone to pinch, these St. Paddy’s Day recipes are perfect for a luck-of-the-Irish celebration.

A SIP: JAMESON GREEN TEA PUNCH

Ginger, honey and lemon meet up with Gunpowder Green Tea for a refreshing sip. Oh, and Jameson – can’t forget that part! Serve this one with lots of ice and lemon wedges. A big-batch punch is perfect for parties, porching and parades!

SOUP TO START: IRISH STOUT BEEF STEW

Guinness, the wildly popular dark Irish stout, gives this stew a unique, rich flavor. This stew is an Irish staple and a great choice for a St. Paddy’s meal. However, don’t wait for March for this recipe, enjoy this one year round! We bring in our Savory Steak and Chop Blend for rich, herby flavor. Big chunks of potatoes and carrots round out this big pot of comfort!

THE MAIN DISH: CAST IRON SHEPHERD’S PIE

This classic Shepherd’s or Cottage Pie was the favorite in our Lucky You Cooking Class. (Well, the Dark Chocolate Stout Cupcakes were a favorite, too.) In the cooking class, we made individual Shepherd’s Pies in ramekins to speed up the process. Whether you keep it in the cast iron or divvy it up for individual servings, this recipe is a must for your St. Paddy’s day (or any day) celebration!

A COMFORTING SIDE: COLCANNON

Colcannon is the ultimate in Irish comfort food. This traditional St. Patrick’s Day dish combines mashed potatoes with cabbage or kale. Lots of Irish butter and cheese dot this dish, and we bring in our Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Spud Spice to round out the flavors. Finish it off with our Roasted Garlic Sea Salt for a warm, satisfying side.

SOMETHING SWEET: DARK CHOCOLATE STOUT CUPCAKES

We love it when we figure out pairings that just work perfectly together. Peas and carrots. Ham and cheese. Chocolate and espresso. Chocolate and beer. Hold up. Chocolate and beer? YES! The dark, rich, fermented flavor of a stout like Guinness plays perfectly with chocolate. It’s such a fun kick in these chocolate-espresso cupcakes – we just couldn’t get enough! Be sure your doubling down on your extracts when baking. In this recipe we pair up Pure Vanilla Extract along with Pure Chocolate Extract to be sure we amped up every possible cocoa note. We made these in our Lucky You Cooking Class, and there was not a crumb leftover.
