1 russet potato, cut into thin fries | |

1. | Submerge the cut potato in ice water for 1 hour. Drain and dry with paper towels. This will help remove excess starch which will help the fries get crispy. Season the fries with a light coating of salt. |
2. | Drizzle the fries with Caramelized Onion Avocado Oil. Place in the basket of air fryer and cook at 400°F for 12 minutes. Shake and cook for 8-12 minutes more, checking after 8 minutes. Each air fryer is a bit different, so you may not need the entire 12 minute additional cooking time. |
3. | Season with Steakhouse Salt - be sure to salt immediately out of the air fryer while the fries are still hot. |
