Steak Frites? Yes, please. Whether its fancy French bistro spuds or a simple slider side, we are here for these crispy fries. The air fryer will have these finished in a snap with no deep fryer mess. 1.Submerge the cut potato in ice water for 1 hour. Drain and dry with paper towels. This will help remove excess starch which will help the fries get crispy. Season the fries with a light coating of salt.
2.Drizzle the fries with Caramelized Onion Avocado Oil. Place in the basket of air fryer and cook at 400°F for 12 minutes. Shake and cook for 8-12 minutes more, checking after 8 minutes. Each air fryer is a bit different, so you may not need the entire 12 minute additional cooking time.
3.Season with Steakhouse Salt - be sure to salt immediately out of the air fryer while the fries are still hot.
