|1.||Submerge the cut potato in ice water for 1 hour. Drain and dry with paper towels. This will help remove excess starch which will help the fries get crispy.|
|2.||Drizzle the fries with Caramelized Onion Avocado Oil. Place in the basket of air fryer and cook at 400°F for 12 minutes. Shake and cook for 8-12 minutes more, checking after 8 minutes. Each air fryer is a bit different, so you may not need the entire 12 minute additional cooking time.|
|3.||Season with Steakhouse Salt immediately while the fries are still hot.|
