1/4 cup popcorn kernels
6 Tbl butter
1 1/2 Tbl Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Shichimi Togarashi

Schichimi Togarashi, also known as Japanese Seven Spice, is a spicy, umami flavor storm. It packs big flavor, and we reach for it in to make Ramen and our delicious Shanghai Noodles. If you love Asian cooking, this blend is a great pantry staple. Also, when snack time hits, you’re ready. We love Schichimi Togarashi on this garlicky, buttery popcorn!

2.Just before the popcorn is finished popping, heat the butter and Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil until the butter is melted. Stir in the Shichimi Togarashi.
3.Transfer the warm popcorn to a large bowl and pour the butter mixture over the warm popcorn. Toss to combine. Serve.
