Spicy sauce, celery and blue cheese-everything there is to love about hot wings but on a hot dog. A hot dog? Yes. Trust us. This flavor combination had us skeptical, but we were oh so wrong. Our Ranch Dressing Mix plus a few spicy additions make for quite the buffalo sauce. This is one Hot Diggity Dog!

| 1/2 cup mayonnaise | |
| 1/2 cup sour cream | |
| 2 tsp white vinegar | |
| 1 Tbl hot sauce | |
| 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce | |
| 3 Tbl Ranch Dressing Mix | |
| For the Hot Dogs: | |
| 6 hot dogs | |
| Caramelized Onion Avocado Oil | |
| 6 Hot dog buns | |
| Finely chopped celery and leaves, for serving | |
| Crumbled blue cheese, for serving |
| 1. | In a small mixing bowl, blend together Buffalo Ranch ingredients until combined and smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. |
| 2. | Cook the hot dogs in boiling water according to package directions. Pat dry. Heat the Caramelized Onion Avocado Oil in skillet over medium heat. Sear hot dogs to brown and blister on all sides. |
| 3. | To serve, place hot dogs in buns and top with a squiggle of Buffalo Ranch, chopped celery and blue cheese. |
