1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese | |
4 slices bacon, cooked | |
Fresh figs, halved | |
Fig Balsamic Vinegar | |
Arugula and toasted pine nuts, for serving |
1. | Preheat the oven to 375°F. Brush the flatbread with Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sprinkle with Applewood Smoked Salt. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Add the bacon and figs, cut side up, onto the crust. |
2. | Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is browned and the figs are softened. Sprinkle with arugula and pine nuts. Drizzle with Fig Balsamic Vinegar. |
