Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Applewood Smoked Salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked
Fresh figs, halved
Fig Balsamic Vinegar
Arugula and toasted pine nuts, for serving

Salty, smoky bacon and sweet figs make a great pair in this happy hour app that is pure happiness. A drizzle of our sweet Fig Balsamic ups the happy factor. The perfect nibble with a glass of wine. A great wing man for your charcuterie board. Or maybe this is supper all to yourself.


1.Preheat the oven to 375°F. Brush the flatbread with Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sprinkle with Applewood Smoked Salt. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Add the bacon and figs, cut side up, onto the crust.
2.Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is browned and the figs are softened. Sprinkle with arugula and pine nuts. Drizzle with Fig Balsamic Vinegar.
