Ingredients

2 sticks unsalted butter, room temp
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups dark brown sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbl Cookie Vanilla
3 1/2 cups Cup4Cup gluten free flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Baker's Salt
2 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two sheet pans with parchment paper. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter and both sugars until fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla. Mix on medium speed until fully incorporated.
2.Add in the Cup4Cup Flour, baking soda and mix on low speed until just combined. Add in chocolate chips and run the mixer on low a few rotations to combine.
3.Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto parchment lined baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 mins or until light golden brown on the edges and bottoms.
4.Cool for 5 minutes on the pan before moving to a rack to cool completely. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
