Sweet, savory and oh so simple, this salad dressing is tops on our list of way to dress a salad. This combo of Arbequina, White Balsamic Vinegar and Smoked Porcini, Shallot, Mustard Blend is the key to a sensational dressing. Our handy Salad Dressing Bottle works perfectly for blending the dressing and refrigerating leftovers…if there are any!
1 cup Chilean Arbequina | |
1/4 cup White Balsamic Vinegar | |
2 Tbl plus 2 tsp Smoked Porcini Shallot Mustard Blend | |
2 tsp Honey Powder (or more if you like a sweeter dressing) | |
1 shallot, minced | |
Juice 1/2 lemon | |
2 Tbl chopped parsley | |
Salt and Black Pepper |
1. | Place all ingredients in a Salad Dressing Bottle or bowl and shake or whisk vigorously. Set the dressing aside for 10 mins for the flavors to meld. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper. |
