Ingredients

1 cup Chilean Arbequina
1/4 cup White Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbl plus 2 tsp Smoked Porcini Shallot Mustard Blend
2 tsp Honey Powder (or more if you like a sweeter dressing)
1 shallot, minced
Juice 1/2 lemon
2 Tbl chopped parsley
Salt and Black Pepper

This combo of ArbequinaWhite Balsamic Vinegar and Smoked Porcini, Shallot, Mustard Blend is the key to a sensational dressing. Instructions

1.Place all ingredients in a Salad Dressing Bottle or bowl and shake or whisk vigorously. Set the dressing aside for 10 mins for the flavors to meld. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper.
