Cripsy and delicious. Spicy and a little sweet. We love the authentic Jamaican flavors of our Jerk Chicken Blend. We use our Microplane mandoline to create nice long planks, giving these plantain chips perfect scoop-ability! They work perfectly with our Habanero Lime Black Bean Salsa.
2 large green plantains | |

1. | Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. |
2. | Peel 2 plantains and cut in half. Use a mandoline to cut 1/8" thick planks. |
3. | Place the plantains on the parchment paper. Drizzle with Key Lime Avocado Oil. Lightly salt, then generously season with Jerk Chicken Blend. |
4. | Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, flip chips and bake for another 5 mins or until golden brown. |
5. | Remove from oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes. They will get crispier as they sit, so take care to not over bake. |
