1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed | |

1. | Grasp each asparagus spear by either end. Bend and allow the spear to break. The break is the natural point where the asparagus is fibrous and no longer tender. |
2. | In a bowl, toss the trimmed asparagus with Lemon Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon Pepper Blend. |
3. | Place in air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 12 minutes, shaking the basket after 6 minutes. The asparagus should be golden brown and crispy. |
4. | Taste and season with a little additional Lemon Pepper Blend and drizzle with Lemon Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. |
