OK, so this isn’t exactly a recipe. It’s avocado on toast. We added some zip and crunch with a sprinkling of Red Boat Salt. Big, bold and just the thing for this yummy treat. We’ll gladly take this for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

1. | Toast bread of your choice. We love a grainy whole wheat bread that can stand up to the weight and richness of the avocado. |
2. | Spread the avocado on the toast and sprinkle with Red Boat Salt. |
