Red Stick Spice customer Lynn D. gave us this recipe, and we fell in love! There’s no better compliment than hearing that customers are creating delicious meals at home. We especially love when the recipe is as quick and delicious as this one. Five ingredients including our Meaux Betta Blend. It doesn’t get much simpler!


1.Season the redfish on both sides with Meaux Betta Blend.
2.Heat a skillet to medium high heat and add 1 Tbl butter and a drizzle of Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the pan.
3.Sear the redfish on one side until deep golden brown - about 3 minutes. Flip and lower the heat.
4.Cook over low heat until the fish are fully cooked through, opaque white and firm to the touch - about 4 minutes on the second side. Serve with a spritz of lemon.
