16 oz wild mushrooms, sliced | |
Porcini Extra Virgin Olive Oil | |
Shrooms & Spice Blend | |
Shallot, sliced | |
Salt, to taste |
1. | Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread mushrooms on a sheet pan and drizzle with Porcini Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Season with the Shrooms & Spice Blend. |
2. | Add the sliced shallot to the pan and use your hands to combine the mushrooms and shallots. Be sure the oil and blend are well distributed. |
3. | Roast for 15-20 mins or until all of the liquid has evaporated, the mushrooms are very soft and turning crispy at the edges. Taste and add salt if needed. Use as a tasty topping for just about anything or just nibble from the sheet pan. |
