|16 oz wild mushrooms, sliced|
|Porcini Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|Shrooms & Spice Blend|
|Salt, to taste|
|1.||Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread mushrooms on a sheet pan and drizzle with Porcini Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Season with the Shrooms & Spice Blend.|
|2.||Add the sliced shallot to the pan and use your hands to combine the mushrooms and shallots. Be sure the oil and blend are well distributed.|
|3.||Roast for 15-20 mins or until all of the liquid has evaporated, the mushrooms are very soft and turning crispy at the edges. Taste and add salt if needed. Use as a tasty topping for just about anything or just nibble from the sheet pan.|
