Add this sweet, bright crunch to a sandwich, salad or charcuterie board. Convenient, pre-cut carrot chips are perfect, but if you’re up for slicing, disks or matchsticks work perfectly. Then grab our Pickling Spice, carve out five whole minutes and get to snackin!
1/4 cup White Balsamic Vinegar | |
1/4 cup distilled vinegar | |
1/2 cup water | |
1 Tbl Pickling Spice | |
2 tsp salt | |
2 Tbl sugar | |
1 cup carrot chips |
1. | Bring the Balsamic Vinegar, distilled vinegar and water to a simmer. Add in the Pickling Spice, salt and sugar. Stir until the salt and sugar dissolve. |
2. | Remove from heat and pour over the carrots in a bowl or jar with a lid. Let sit for 30 minutes to cool a bit. |
3. | They're fantastic in just 30 minutes. They get better and better as they sit in the fridge. Store in fridge for up to 4 weeks. |
