1/4 cup White Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup distilled vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 Tbl Pickling Spice
2 tsp salt
2 Tbl sugar
1 cup carrot chips

Add this sweet, bright crunch to a sandwich, salad or charcuterie board. Convenient, pre-cut carrot chips are perfect, but if you’re up for slicing, disks or matchsticks work perfectly. Then grab our Pickling Spice, carve out five whole minutes and get to snackin!


1.Bring the Balsamic Vinegar, distilled vinegar and water to a simmer. Add in the Pickling Spice, salt and sugar. Stir until the salt and sugar dissolve.
2.Remove from heat and pour over the carrots in a bowl or jar with a lid. Let sit for 30 minutes to cool a bit.
3.They're fantastic in just 30 minutes. They get better and better as they sit in the fridge. Store in fridge for up to 4 weeks.
