We captured the flavors of the Pacific northwest in this sweet & savory Seattle Salmon Blend. We love the sugar crunch from the brown sugar and the nice pop from chiles and black pepper. This quick salmon is perfect for a weeknight and special enough for a notable occasion.


1.Preheat oven to 425°F. Use the convection setting if it's available.
2.Season the salmon lightly on all sides with salt. Pour the Seattle Salmon Blend and dredge the salmon on one side. Place the seasoned side up on a parchment-line baking sheet.
3.Roast for 6-10 minutes for medium salmon. If the spice blend has not crisped up, you can run the salmon under the broiler for 1 minute.
4.Rest the salmon for a few minutes. We love this salmon served atop a salad.
