We captured the flavors of the Pacific northwest in this sweet & savory Seattle Salmon Blend. We love the sugar crunch from the brown sugar and the nice pop from chiles and black pepper. This quick salmon is perfect for a weeknight and special enough for a notable occasion.

|Seattle Salmon Blend|
|1.||Preheat oven to 425°F. Use the convection setting if it's available.|
|2.||Season the salmon lightly on all sides with salt. Pour the Seattle Salmon Blend and dredge the salmon on one side. Place the seasoned side up on a parchment-line baking sheet.|
|3.||Roast for 6-10 minutes for medium salmon. If the spice blend has not crisped up, you can run the salmon under the broiler for 1 minute.|
|4.||Rest the salmon for a few minutes. We love this salmon served atop a salad.|
