1 Tbl Mint Condition Tea
1 cup milk, we used Almond milk
Honey |
1. | First, make a concentrate of tea by steep 1 Tbl Mint Condition in just a quarter cup very hot, near boiling water. Steep for 5 mins. Strain off the leaves. |
2. | Warm the milk on the stovetop or microwave. Combine the hot tea concentrate with the warm milk in a bowl. |
3. | Use a handheld frother, a blender or whisk vigorously to create froth on top of the milk. Pour into a mug and sweeten if desired. We love a little honey in ours. Sip (and sleep.) |
