Ingredients
1/3 cup Hibiscus Flowers
2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup simple syrup
1 cup white cranberry juice
2 bottles sparkling wine
Lime wedges, for serving
Fresh Rosemary
Instructions
- Steep the Hibiscus Flowers in the 2 cups hot water for 30 minutes. You’re looking to make a very concentrated tea. Remove the flowers and add in 2 cups cold water.
- In two large pitchers or a punch bowl, combine the Hibiscus tea, cranberry juice and simple syrup. Add the sparkling wine. Tuck the Rosemary branches into the pitcher or punch bowl.
- Rim the glasses with lime and dredge in Rose Sugar. Serve with extra wedges of lime.
