Brunchtime! This spicy, savory, salty Bloody Mary is just the thing for a breakfast, lunch or brunchtime sip. It will cure what ails you and definitely hits the spicy spot thanks to our Bloody Mary Salt Rimming Kit. We blend our Bloody Mary salt with Applewood Smoked Salt, Black Lava Salt and spicy chiles. It’s the perfect hit of salty hit just before the sip of this cold, tomato-rich libation.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Tomato Juice

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • 1 Tbsp Prepared Horseradish

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1/4 tsp Roasted Garlic Granules

  • 1 tsp Hot sauce

  • 3/4 tsp Celery Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper

  • 1/3 cup Pickle Juice

  • 4 oz Vodka

  • Bloody Mary Salt, for rimming glasses

  • Celery sticks, lime wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  • First, create the Bloody Mary Mix: In a blender combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, lime juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pickle juice and hot sauce and process until smooth. Add in the Celery Salt and black pepper and blend until just combined. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, ideally overnight.
  • When you’re ready to serve, moisten the rim of four rocks glasses and dredge in the Bloody Mary Salt. Fill the glasses with ice and add 1 oz vodka to each glass. Top with the cold Bloody Mary Mix.
  • Garnish with celery sticks and a lime wedge.
