minutesSure, a bag of kettle chips can certainly serve as an appetizer â weâve all been there. But what if those kettle chips were all gussied up and served with a cool, creamy dipping sauce? We did just that with a bag of plain kettle chips. A drizzle of Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a shower of garlic and parm. In less than 15 minutes, youâre on your way to impressing your guests. Now, thatâs an appetizer. All that and a bag of chips.

Ingredients
1 bag plain kettle chips
2 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbl chopped fresh chives
Chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F. In a small bowl, combine the garlic and parmesan. Use your fingers to distribute the garlic in the cheese so that you get an even covering when you season the chips.
- Place the kettle chips in a very large bowl. Drizzle with Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Very gently use your hands to stir the chips. Drizzle on a little additional olive oil. You want to see a light coating.
- Spread the chips on a sheet pan and sprinkle with the cheese and garlic. Bake for 20 minutes.
- While the chips are baking, combine the sour cream and chives. Right as the chips come out of the oven, garnish with chopped fresh rosemary. Serve the warm baked chips with the sour cream.
