Chicken fingers, crawfish tails, fried pickle chips or french fries. No matter what you dip, you’ll want to grab Meaux Betta Blend, make this sauce, then dip it. Dip it good.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayo

  • 2 Tbl ketchup

  • 2 tsp yellow mustard

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 Tbl Meaux Betta Blend

  • 1/4 tsp sugar

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Allow to sit for at least 15 mins for the flavors to meld. Refrigerate any unused sauce and use within 10 days.
  • We love this sauce during crawfish season for dipping mudbugs, potatoes and mushrooms from the boil. Fantastic with frozen chicken tenders and waffle fries. Or use it as a sandwich or burger spread!
