1. | In a bowl, whisk together the Honey Ginger Balsamic, 2 Tbl Roasted Chile Avocado Oil and honey until thick and emulsified. Set aside. |
2. | Season the salmon filets on both sides with Moroccan Blend and Salt. |
3. | Heat the oven's broiler. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Drizzle Roasted Chile Avocado Oil in the pan and sear the salmon until a deep golden brown crust forms, about 6 minutes. Flip and lower the heat. Continue cooking until the salmon is cooked medium - about an additional 7 minutes. |
4. | Brush with the Honey Ginger-Olive Oil-Honey combo. Place in the oven and broil until the glaze is bubbling and starting to brown. Remove from the oven and drizzle with a little additional avocado oil and serve. |
