2 lbs thick-cut NY Strip Steak | |
Prime Rib Rub | |
1 stick butter | |
4 cloves garlic, grated | |
1/2 tsp Kosher Flake Salt | |
big handful parsley, chopped | |
Warm bread, for serving |
1. | Heat a cast iron over medium high heat. Add the butter and melt. When it's simmering and bubbling, add the steak cubes and sear until browned, flipping them halfway through, 6 to 8 minutes total. |
2. | Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute more. Remove from the heat and garnish with the parsley. |
3. | Serve with a loaf of crusty bread for sopping up the garlicky butter. |
