We looked to our Baja Fish Taco Blend to deliver big flavor to these fish tacos. We like to use firm, white cod and then load up the tortillas with a crunchy cabbage, a spicy sauce and our favorite: pickled onions or radishes. This meal comes together quickly and is a great feed-a-crowd solution.

Shredded Cabbage | |
Jalapeno, Sliced Scallion, Lime for serving |
1. | Season the fish on all sides with Baja Fish Taco Blend. Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle in Jalapeno Extra Virgin Olive Oil to coat the bottom. Sear the fish on one side until golden brown - about 4 minutes. Turn and reduce the heat. Continue cooking until the fish is cooked through, firm to the touch and opaque white. Depending on the thickness of the fish, this could take 4-8 minutes. |
2. | Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave. We like using a dry pan to get some charring on the tortilla. |
3. | Load up the tortillas with fish. We break the larger pieces apart into bite-sized pieces. Garnish the tacos with the Creamy Cilantro Sauce, Pickled Onions and some shredded cabbage. Garnish with jalapeƱos and scallion. Spritz with lime juice before digging in! |
