3 cups fresh corn
1 egg
1 Tbl heavy cream
1 Tbl milk
1.5 tsp Caramelized Onion & Garlic Sea Salt
2 Tbl melted butter
2 Tbl flour
2 Tbl cornstarch
Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil

Serve with delicious Pulled Pork, Instant Pot Pulled Chicken, shrimp or any protein of your choice. We love these Cachapas with a fresh herby sauce like Chimichurri.


1.Place all ingredients in a blender and puree to create a batter.
2.Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat. Drizzle in Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Drop 1/4 cupful's batter into the skillet or griddle. Cook until golden brown, turn and cook another 2-3 minutes. Move to a plate and proceed with the remaining batter.
