We took all that’s good about Caprese Salad and put it on toast! Roasted cherry tomatoes top fresh basil and creamy mozzarella. fresh herbs from the garden, the bite of fresh mozzarella and juicy roasted cherry tomatoes that burst with flavor. Our Slow Roasted Tomatoes with Basil & Balsamic perfectly top this toast. Great for snacking or as a delicious lunch. We finished off this delicious snack with a salty crunch from Fleur de Sel. So satisfying!


1.Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, drizzle Pesto Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Place two slices of bread in the pan and toast until golden brown. Lift the bread and drizzle in more olive oil. Flip the bread and toast on the second side.
2.While the bread continues to toast on the second side, place fresh basil on the upfacing side of the toast. Place slices of mozzarella on top of the basil. Top with the slow roasted tomatoes.
3.Remove the toast from the pan. Sprinkle with Fleur de Sel and drizzle with 18 Year Aged Balsamic.
